I'm so proud to participate in this year's VietHarvest CEO CookOff to raise funds and nourish lives in Vietnam. I will be cooking alongside 10 of Australia and Vietnam's top chefs and other business leaders, raising funds for VietHarvest!
VietHarvest is a social enterprise that launched in June 2022 based on the OzHarvest model in Australia. Currently VietHarvest has a small team that operates food rescue in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. VietHarvest collects quality surplus food from commercial food businesses and delivers it to charities that help feed underserved communities and individuals. Since its humble beginnings it has delivered more than 60,000 meals in Vietnam to underserved communities and collaborated with some incredible partners.
With your generous support, VietHarvest will be able to set up a Nourishing Hub in Ho Chi Minh City and strengthen its operations in Hanoi.
