Fundraising Policy
In this Fundraising Policy we acknowledge that Action on Poverty Limited ABN 42 002 568 005 are entrusted to act as program partners to fundraise on behalf of VietHarvest Social Enterprise for the CEO CookOff Vietnam activity in 2023.
Each transaction made on this website will be charged in USD and you will be charged at the USD exchange rate based on the international exchange rate of your financial institution, at the time the transaction was made.
Donations of $2 or more to Action on Poverty’s program partner VietHarvest are tax deductible in Australia ABN: 42002568005
Donations made outside of Australia are not applicable to tax deductibility.
Donations received via the CEO CookOff Vietnam 2023 activity will be directed to VietHarvest activities including; reduction of food waste in Vietnam, addressing hunger by delivering food to underserved communities, educating and engaging the public about food waste and sustainability and more. Some of these costs will be utilised to recover administration and resourcing for this activity.
By donating via this platform, you understand and agree that your donation is ultimately made to VietHarvest Social Company Limited, a company incorporated under Vietnamese law, having registration number 0109192638 and its registered office at TT4-48 (SH2-24) Plaschem Residential, Commercial and Office Complex, No. 93 Duc Giang Street, Duc Giang Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City, Vietnam (VietHarvest). VietHarvest receives donations for the purpose of implementing food rescue activities in Vietnam.
Vietnamese agencies, organisations and individuals, and foreign organisations which have registered for operation in Vietnam can donate by bank transfer direct to VietHarvest's bank account with the following details:

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
